HELP IS ON THE WAY
People in need of help are at a place where they do not have the means or ability to solve their situation or challenge on their own. Therefore, they might or might not get assistance from others. Where assistance is not readily available or avoided for one or other reason, the situation or challenge often gets desperate. "Desperate" is a word that means on the verge of collapse, catastrophe, failure and breakdown.
Right now, you may be far from desperate; but for those who are desperate, consider this. Firstly, believe that God will intervene in your plight. Keep praying for God to act swiftly on your behalf (Dan 9:17-19). Secondly, get advice from godly and wise people (Prov. 1:5). Godly, wise people are capable of mature thinking to the best of their ability. God often uses them to point you to actions (in line with the scriptures), that could lead to a solution. Thirdly, keep the right confession (Matt 12:37). Do not voice negative words about what might happen.
The only people who have no problems are dead people who die in the Lord. If a person dies without accepting Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, even then, that person has a problem beyond the grave. You can remember times when you were dejected or humiliated but survived to lift your head again. Whether or not you were the cause of your predicaments, God brought you through your problems (Exo 3:7). You do not have to fear or be terrified. There may be anxious moments, but trust the Lord Jesus, He will come through for you.
Sometimes you just do not have the desire to press through in prayer for the answer or for the miracle, you need. Sometimes it seems like the heavens are as brass and God’s not hearing your prayers. Moreover, sometimes when the solutions do come, apparently they come too late for you to escape the desperate situation. A case of too late now or, where were you when I needed you? Much like when Lazarus was dying, and his sisters sent to Jesus to come quickly and heal him; and Jesus took his own time to get to Lazarus. When Jesus finally arrived at the home, Lazarus was dead. Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead (John 11:6, 14, 43-44). See, God never fails and He will never fail you. God can turn things around in your favour, even after the last minute has passed and the deadline has come and gone. Do not give up. Help is on the way - His Name is Jesus Christ (Heb 13:6). He is the invisible God of the impossible.
